Saint Cecilia’s Nursing Home is the flagship and heartbeat of Saint Cecilia’s Care Group. With 44 nursing beds, a dedicated team of over 60 staff, and a fast-paced, rewarding environment, this is a home that sets the standard for everything we do.
We are now seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to lead Saint Cecilia’s into its next chapter. Someone who combines strong, confident leadership with genuine warmth, compassion, and integrity.

Your Role as Registered Manager
As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, quality, and performance of Saint Cecilia’s Nursing Home. You will:
· Provide strong, visible, and values led leadership to a large, multidisciplinary team
· Ensure the home delivers care that is safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led
· Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements, and statutory responsibilities
· Drive a positive, open culture focused on learning, accountability, and continuous improvement
· Oversee clinical governance, care planning, staffing, and quality assurance across a busy home
· Build trusted relationships with residents, families, professionals, and external partners
· Manage budgets, resources, and operational planning effectively
· Act as a key leader within the wider Saint Cecilia’s Care Group, contributing to strategic development

Who We're Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you:
· Are an experienced Registered Manager, or a high-performing Deputy ready to step into new role
· Have strong leadership and organisational skills
· Are confident managing a large team within a busy nursing setting
· Have a thorough understanding of CQC requirements and regulatory frameworks
· Are motivated, resilient, and proud to lead from the front
· Share our belief that exceptional care starts with exceptional leadership
· Hold Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or working towards
